Shipping & Returns

All sales are final.  Returns will be accepted if your item has been damaged in shipping. In this case a replacement will be issued.  Damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt.  In this case, we will require photographs of the damaged goods so that we can initiate a claim.

If you would like to initiate a monetary return of an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have reviewed and approved the returned item.


We ship to any address in the United States using FedEx ground. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped Fedex Air, but will require hazmat handling.  Some items which will require hazmat handling fees will billed separately after your purchase. Some items when selected, will automatically add the hazmat surcharge. 
If you order multiples of these items, every effort will be made to package hazmat items together to save you money. It is often best to call in your order and receive actual shipping quote for these items.

There are several items that are best shipped via freight due to weight. They are noted as such. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options.  Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
