Description
Fine textured plaster, in paste, containing lime putty,
natural colours, marble grit and additives for obtaining
fine marbled-type plaster finishes.

APPLICATION
Ambient conditions
Ambient temperature: min +8°C max +30°C
Relative ambient humidity: max 75%
It should not be applied under the hot sun or under
very windy conditions.
Preparation of the substrate
Walls:
the substrates must be carefully prepared by manual
brushing and/or by washing, depending on how dirty is
the surface to treat. Old paints must be removed.
Before applying on wet plaster make sure that it is set.
Apply a coat of Metro Fix and subsequently a coat of
Metro Cover in order to level the substrate.
Type of Equipment
Stainless steel trowel (Stainless Steel Pollock Trowel),
sponge trowel, plastic trowel (Gauguin Plastic Trowel)
Dilution
ready to use, if necessary add a small quantity of
water to bring it to the right consistency.
Application procedure
Moisten the substrate well. Stir the product until a
homogeneous paste with no lumps is obtained. Apply
two or more coats of OLD TIME MAX using a stainlesssteel
trowel, preferably using the “wet-on-wet”
technique in order to prevent the coats from
separating. For marbled type finishes, wet the last
coat with a sprayer and smooth with a stainless-steel
float until a smooth, satiny finish is obtained.

Minimum and maximum temperature: +5°C +30°C.
The stability of the product is guaranteed for one year
if it is stored in its original packaging in a dry,
sheltered place. Do not store the product at less than
5°C.
