Name
METRO CERA
Description
Wax for particular finishes, containing special waxes
and acrylic polymers dispersed in water. It is suitable
for interior decoration with a satin-finish marble type
effect. It can be applied on distemper, washable paint,
quartz, spread-on fillers and products containing lime.

Single-component varnish for finish coat, dispersed in
water, physical drying reaction, semigloss, acrylic
(A4.C.O.A.1.FA)

Suitable Substrates
Plasters and finishes containing lime, painted plasters,
smooth walls and parts in plasterboard.

Preparation of the substrate
New plasters
It should be prepared by giving one or more coats of
Metro Stuc smoothing filler before giving a finishing
coat with METRO CERA
Painted plasters
Remove old, poorly adhering paint and level
everything with Metro Stuc, before applying the paint
to be treated with METRO CERA.

Type of diluent: water
Dilution:
for brush: from 0 to 15% = 150 ml per litre of product
for trowel: ready to use
Application procedure
The product can be applied with a brush or a putty
knife, or applied with a brush and worked with a putty
knife, depending on the look desired.
Drying or setting at ≈ 23°C
On the surface: 4 h
Coverage (with one coat)
6-8 m2/litre
Recommended amount used per m2: 167-125 ml.
Coverage per pack (5 litres): 40 m2 approx.
The coverage varies according to the roughness of the
substrate.
Coating with paint
Compatibility with other products: with all thinner-free
products. After sanding and after a coat of Metro Fix
METRO CERA can be painted with ordinary, goodquality,
indoor paint

Storage
Minimum and maximum temperature: +5°C +30°C.
The stability of the product is guaranteed for one year
if it is stored in its original packaging in a dry,
sheltered place. Do not store the product at less than
5°C.

Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.
