Description
Finish coat containing extenders, resins and colouring
earths, designed for antiquing the colours of buildings
situated in old towns, with misty and soft effects
achieved through plays of chromatic transparency. It
guarantees permeability to vapour, although with very
low water absorption.

Single-component finishing-layer paint, dispersed in
water, physical drying reaction, flat, acryl-silicone
(B4.C.O.A.2.FC)

APPLICATION
Ambient conditions
Ambient temperature: min +5°C max +40°C
Relative ambient humidity: max 80%
Preparation of the substrate
Walls:
the substrates must be carefully prepared by manual
brushing and/or by washing, depending on how dirty is
the surface to treat. Old paints must be removed.
Before applying on wet plaster make sure that it is set.
Apply a coat of Metro Fix and subsequently a coat of
Metro Coat in order to level the substrate.
Plasterboard:
the substrates must be carefully prepared by manual
brushing and/or by washing, making sure that they are
free of loose bits. Apply a coat of Metro Fix and
subsequently a coat of Metro Coat in order to level the
substrate.
Already painted or varnished wooden substrates:
scrape partially or generally to eliminate residues of
existing paint or varnish that is not firmly adherent or
completely remove the existing paint by washing with
a stripping solvent-based product.
New wooden substrates or old substrates already
treated as above:
grout here and there to fill in any gaps and
microcrazing with Metro Stuc. Sand lightly to make the
surface to be treated level and even. Apply a coat of
Metro Fix and sand slightly. Then verify the consistency
of the substrate: if there are dust and/or loose bits it is
necessary to apply again Metro Fix. Apply a coat of
Metro Coat in order to level the substrate.

Dilution
Type of diluent: water
Dilution: 1:1 in weight=1000 ml per litre of product
Application procedure
Apply a coat of HARMONY, diluted 1:1 in weight with
water, using a brush or a pad. The depth of the shade
varies according to the number of coats and the
application technique and the choice of the method is
therefore left to the fancy and taste of the person
applying it.
Drying or setting at ≈ 23°C
On the surface: 4 h
Coverage (one coat)
10-12 m2/litre according to dilution
Recommended amount used per m2: 100 ml
Coverage per pack (15 litres): 150 m2 approx.
The coverage varies according to the roughness of the
substrate.
Coating with paint
Compatibility with other products: with all thinner-free
products.

Storage
Minimum and maximum temperature: +5°C +30°C.
The stability of the product is guaranteed for one year
if it is stored in its original packaging in a dry,
sheltered place. Do not store the product at less than
5°C.
